  While this local business has provided us with many, many curtains well-made and promptly delivered for a large number of years, unfortunately it has now changed hands and we will no longer use it. Diane, the previous owner was a hard-working and responsive professional. We liked her and her work enormously. We recommended her business widely.
  We have however found communication difficult since she left and the service inattentive and poor and we have been badly let down with an important order - ordered with weeks of lead time. When we expressed dismay that this had occurred, we were most inappropriately spoken to. This caused both distress for us and a considerable problem for our tenants and business.
  We like to use local businesses, but in future we will look to Guthrie Bowron for their assistance.
  We are sad to add also that we have recently heard several other previous customers who have been similarly treated. We could not recommend Curtain Decor any more.
